By accessing and using Squish (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Squish provides an image compression API and web-based tools for compressing and optimizing images. We offer free and paid tiers with varying features and usage limits.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- You may not share your API keys with third parties
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without authorization
- Attempt to bypass usage limits or abuse the Service
- Use the Service to store or distribute malware
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
5. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Uploaded images may be temporarily stored for CDN delivery based on your subscription tier.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
